A Car Club of Perserverance
This car club, SUEÑOSLATINOS, was created like many others. A friend and two cousins hanging around together, having a hobby in common, lowriders. They had a vision in 1981. Here we are in 2011, it is our 30 year anniversary later in the year. That is a huge milestone. We plan on celebrating with our loved ones.Well after many ups and downs here we are once again. As we say "Gone and always remembered". Just like our natives from Michoacan "Tarascos", even when they were ambushed by many, they were able to move forward and triumph and not allow the other natives to overrule them. Once again we plan on rebuilding and becoming as strong as when it was first established. Eventhough we are down to just a handful of members, this car club has been around the lowrider seen since the early 80's. It has always had atleast one member active for 30 years. People come up to me and say, "My uncle was in that car club in the 80's" or " You guys have been around for a long time." It sure doesn't surprise me, its just a reassurance that we exist and are here to stay!
